AFAIK no one has yet successfully transplanted a OM617.952 into a W115, due to clearance issues with the frame rails,
oil filter canister, power steering setup, downpipe, and etc.
Your plan may work, but I don't know if the upper oil pan from the OM617.910 wiill bolt up to the OM617.952 motor.
I have a feeling it won't. Maybe someone else more knowledgeable can chime in.

Years ago, many have successfully added an aftermarket turbo kit (Rayjay, SST, AMG) to the NA OM617.910 in the W115 chassis to get more power.
This requires less fabrication work than that required for swapping an OM617.952 engine into a W115

If your plans change from an doing engine swap, to instead turboing your NA engine,
I have a used NA 300D exhaust manifold with a used aftermarket T4 adapter that could help in making that happen.
Send me a PM if you decide to go that route.
