The Engine Mounts and that Rack Damper Bolt were designed to work when the Engine was operating within specs.
I had to rebuild the Injectors, adjust the valves, change the mounts as you did and then the Rack Damper Bolt was able to help a little.
Un-even compression, air infiltration into the fuel system, that fuel pressure relief/overflow valve, other fuel supply issues and some say the delivery valves inside of the Fuel Injection Pump. That is all I can think of right off.
