In the mornings, now that its getting colder, the climate system will not turn on. The blower motor will not come on and the recirculating air switch light will not turn on.
Sometimes the recirculating air switch light will be on which is the only way I know the climate control is working at that time. It will turn on and off a couple times and then go out for good.
Once the car warms up or the ambient air warms up the climate control will work, after I turn the car off and on again. Once it comes on it works great, the blower motor blows strong and the temperature chenged according to the dial.
All the fuses look good. Is there anything else I can check?

in my W124 - the blower never moved fast to blow any air when the engine was dead cold in the winter, when the engine warmed up, it would start to increase the blower speed. This was due to the fact that there is no heat in the heater core to blow through with cold engine coolant.
