I think it is my scanner.
In the flesh, the photos aren't grainy at all. Very good contrasts. Not very dark. Actually look very good. I run em through the scanner and I get grainy world war 2 looking photos, which is good under some circumstances, but not for every photo.

I don't know what it is. My father has a slide copier for his Yashica, and a bellow, as well as a 28MM lens. I need to experiment with the 28MM for close up shots, that get a large area.


My uncle has a 1970's Leica with a light meter built in, he said he could let me use that. Apparently those are very good, as well with another german brand...Hasslebach??(sp)
