Air cleaner mountings are the usual suspects. The engine is sitting higher with the new mounts. Did you "seat" the mounts before final tightening?

Loosen the mounts, start the engine, cycle from reverse to forward a couple of times and then tighten the bolts.

Check the transmission mount also.
