Something I did that I haven't talked about is that instead of installing the rubber tubes that fit over the nipple on each injector holder, I sealed them with rubber vacuum caps, then used a rubber cap over the fitting that goes to the air pump. Could this be the problem? The belt for air pump was taken off by the previous owner and an inspection of the pump revealed it is frozen.
Was I wrong to seal these off, and could this be why it won't idle?
