I think that the law is against using untaxed home heating oil rather than all untaxed fuel. The legal tradition in the US is you are allowed to do anything that a specific law has not prohibited.

I am all for free fuel or cheaper fuel. If anyone in the Miami area would like to collaborate with me on something like this, let me know.
