I'm working on installing an OM617 turbo diesel engine in a W111 fintail wagon. I need to add an oil cooler and want it to look stock. The radiator opening in a W111 is 23 1/4" wide.

I discovered that the radiator opening in a W108 is 27" wide, so a radiator and oil cooler combination from a W108 will be too wide to fit, though I think I could make a W110 radiator and a W116 oil cooler work with some modification.

I just saw a picture of a W115 220D and it looks like it has a narrower radiator opening than a W108, maybe close to that of a W111. So, if someone has a W115 diesel, will you tell me the model and how wide the opening is? I'm wondering if a radiator and oil cooler combination from a W115 diesel will fit.
