Sounds like it's time for a wiring diagram. you're gonna need to start disconnecting these different components and find at what point the fuse no longer blows. You had better get yourself a handful of these fuses to use for your troubleshooting. By all means, don't upgrade the fuse to larger amperage fuses. I just found that I had a couple 16A fuses in locations that were supposed to be 8A. Luckily the P.O. just put them in cuz he needed a fuse and the 16A was handy.
