i got a 95 e320 130k i cant quite seem to track down this intermittent burning and leaking oil problem i have. some days i'll get codes 4, 22, 25 and have alot of oil leak out what appears to be the rear valve cover and itll burn/smoke a ton. no smoke at idle or startup..mainly when i get on the freeway hard then left off the gas. typical high crankcase symptoms. then some days it wont leak a drop or smoke at all..no codes. runs perfect. i cant figure it out. i been looking at the pvc/breather system closely but everything seems to be functioning


updated wiring harness
updated throttle actuator
new oxygen sensor
purge valve is working and clean
no oil in air filter
egr doesnt appear to be clogged
new maf
new thermostat
new air filter
new spark plugs
ovp relay

and yes i know someone is going to toss the headgasket or valve seals. oil is clean, water is watery..compression is good. typically an intermitting issue is electronic.
