I don’t know what a GLK is like but I lift my 210s with a floor jack by the LCA under the spring with a rubber pad for friction since it’s a slick surface.
Do the encapsulation panels cover the crossmember? There’s usually enough exposed or even a snubber just for lifting.
x2 on big brother. I looked up arrow of light kits for a Cub Scout bridging ceremony last year and now every ad on Chrome is about arrows of light. I’d better limit Valentine’s Day browsing

Getting a jack under neath is not an issue. I have a jack similar to the one you linked and I van get under the car with out issue. I looked under the car the other night and the panels cover most of the underside. The point where the lower suspension arm connects tot the frame is exposed. The cross member is not visible. Even the frame rail is covered. I can see the out line of the rail but the plasit panel is covering it.
I miss my old 190 and 300D (124).
