I really do not know why the Bosios popped so much lower than the Bosch nozzles that were in there. The only thing I can figure is the nozzle itself must be slightly shorter. The ID bigger only concerns me if the spring is smaller than what the ID is. Otherwise I would not think it would matter. Especially if you have the factory shim sitting next to the spring.
