All modern cars are very complex. There is a fair sprinkling of the buy backs showing up at local car auctions. The buy back reason is listed on them. I figure if you can live with a problem and the price is right why not.
My guess is some of their issues may be highly intermittent. My son in laws brother had a general motors product with an intermittent they could not catch. Also another son in law as well on a ford product. It burnt before it was found.

I don't understand your first three sentences.
Also might be lemon law but I don't think Porsche will let it go that far.
Anyway it won't hurt to ask. It sounds like they have made like six repairs already and it is still saying it will lock itself down.
