I'd say since your on the Coast, you might get better Chinese Buffet. There was a good one here. Then it went down a bit. Closed last year.
There is one called Sirloin Stockade here. It is actually VG. They did revamp the place a while back. It was actually a big upgrade. Their steaks are good etc.
There are some large 'cafeterias' in the region. Johnathan Byrds is/was a large one. Sponsored cars at the Indy 500.
