Second that on the children sticking their little fingers into the food. During flu season, we can count on plenty of people coughing and hacking into the open buffet as well.

Cafeterias or sit down restaurants are more controlled but as anyone who has seen recent television episodes of either Gordan Ramsey (Hell's Kitchen) or John Taffer (Bar Rescue) can attest, some of these kitchens are down right GROSS!!!!!

Think about it for a minute: the restrooms could be hospital clean, the floors, chairs and table cloths spotless but the kitchen is OUT-OF-SIGHT. Yes some cook out in the open in front of the guests but most restaurant kitchens are operated BEHIND CLOSED DOORS.

I'll take a pass.......
