leathermang aimed to the best of the algea threads so I think I got an idea of what I need to do.

This car is a cheapy experamental car for WVO so Ill avoid the time and cost of tank cleaning and go with:

. Drain tank
. put new diesel; 1/4 tank or less back in and add what ever super agae cleaner I end up getting.
. Slosh the tank around some (hard to do since it is not being driven any yet.. Ill come up with something,
. Drain again
. Repeat the above steps if it looks neccissary

. add a prefilter and change fuel filter.
. watch it religiously
. change when needed


Actuallly. one of the things I read hinted on how to clean the prefilter so this will prevent having to buy lots of prefilters of algea.
