This is the key to engine longevity. There are a lot of cosmetic and other products available aftermarket for the W123s from Performance Products and this site's sponsor, Fastlane. K&K and Adsit seem to have a lot of body repair panels and other stuff available. I'd join the Mercedes-Benz Club of America just for their magazine, The Star...always A LOT of content devoted to these cars, as well as classifieds for parts, service, etc.

It would be nice if someone could find and post the MB factory recommended services and intervals from when these cars were new.

It's remarkable when you realize so many of these cars have survived two decades, and the amount of information on keeping them going that has accumulated, much archieved on this forum. No such resource available for Ford Fiestas.
