My title was sent to the wrong bank. (UMB bank)My lien holder (US Bank)has never had the title. Now UMB found the error and signed off on it as if they were the lien holder and mailed it to me. I now have the title. What happens to the rest of the loan?from US bank If I don't pay the remainder owed? Can they repo the car since they don't hold title to it and I do?
