Try and engage your brain cells and think about THE following:
1. Cops make thouands of so-called "legal determinations each and every day, do they NOT????? And yet, the majority of them do not have a degree in law. Go figure....
2. This particular cop believes he knows more than a doctor. Arrogance? Stupidity? I'm not sure, but the doctor is convinced both he and the patient witnessed the FALSIFYING of a police report by a ......(drum roll)....COP!!!
