Pin 8 codes:
25 - CMP sensor not recognized or implausible
33 - Maximum retard setting on at least one cylinder has been reached or the ignition angle deviation between the individual cylinders is greater than 6 degrees crankshaft angle
38 - Adjustable camshaft timing solenoid - open/short to ground or B+
Pin 14 code:
4 - Cruise control switch (S40)
I'm not sure what these codes add up to. Have you cleared the codes to see which ones recur? What about primary codes from the diagnostic module (apart from Pins 8 and 14)?
