Not to hijack the serious discussion of drinking and posting (more on that later), but I've had good luck with brake pads/piston retraction using the following technique: Leave the pads in, pull the retaining pins, use a C clamp to push the pad and piston away from the rotor. You use the "ear" sticking out of pad that the retaining pin goes through as a point to c clamp the pad back.
Your's might not be like my 108 bodied car, but you might be able to use a C clamp on some part of the pad. I had to use two separate sizes of C clamp and had to clearance one a bit to get a good grip on the pad.
This turns it into a 30 minute job on an old MB.
Drinking--My question is: why does some beer give you a monster hangover headache and other beer doesn't. Hmmmm, this going to need some more research.....
