When I taught at Purdue as a interior design instructor there was a young woman who was working on a team project. There was an evaluation process where team members evaluated each other. Her team mates all said she did next to nothing on the project. I gave her a bad review as a result. She asked me for a meeting to discuss. We went into my office to talk. I kept the door open.

I would advise any man to do this in any meeting one on one with a woman, or for a man as far as that goes.

I didn't want to be in a he said she said situation.

This was six or seven years ago.

Not a big deal, imho.
