Well I've completely lost my mind on this and figured out something interesting that will probably never happen. I could theoretically run a
3.8/4.2 crank (78.9 stroke)
5.6 rods (154.5 mm)
4.5 d jet Pistons (50.5 compression height)
If they are dead on 3mm in the hole.
So 245mm Deck
39.450
154.5
+ 50.5
--------------------
244.450
39cc head comes out to
10.51 compression ratio with a wild guess at 4cc dish for valve relief cuts.
That would be a cool screaming engine built right. Got a spare set of 5.6 rods you'd sell cheap to mock it up with junk I have laying around here? I'd rather not tear apart my good 5.6 long block.
