I had a line to swap my Cummins 4BT for a 6.0 / trans / wiring / computer , but that didn't go through.
The V12 would make sounds not typical for a light truck *, that would be the main goal. What makes the swap feasable at all is Jag using a GM trans cased for Jag. This allows me to use a truck tail shaft / shifter. As stated before, anything that is a bolt on makes conversions much easier.
* Finding a 702 CID GMC V12 would be much more work and weight.
