(Updated post.... I got the answer. My mechanic came by. For whatever reason, the first several turns of these lights doesn't do a thing even though they're tight to turn, ie, it seems like the turns should be making it do something and I didn't want to break them. I could see if they were loose and you'd think they're not doing anything yet but they were tight right from the start. Turns out, after a few more turns, they finally started to make the lights move).


I just put in my Depo lights and there are 3 knob adjustments at the top rear of the headlight. I've turned all 3 of them forward and backwards plenty enough, but don't see the light moving at all, in any direction, up/down or left/right.

Any suggestions?
