On my sister's recent visit to her Audi dealership to have some mantainance done, I noticed that they, among other things, charged her $11.50 to refill her windshield wiper fluid.

COME ON!!

I told her I'd find her a good independent shop to do the work as her warranty is now over.

Any ideas? (I will look into Audi forums.)
