I really can do with no more birthdays. That scenario is worse though.

At my age you wonder a little where all the years have gone.

It is not a desired upside. If you like people. Still you are just well aware that you are doing much better than most your contemporaries. I meet many guys that are just 60 or so and have many problems in comparison. Plus they are dead in the water.

Your strength starts to decline at about 40 but it is really not noticeable. Now I notice some loss of physical strength. Perhaps I should start taking a testestrone additive. . The wife would kill me though.

There will be a gathering later today at the cottage. I had to assure the wife I would be back for it. Some neighbors out there and a few drop ins. I will behave myself. I will just go into a stereotype profile of my age. It will amuse the people I know well. I really do not feel old yet. Yet I know by convention I am.

People at times ask me how old I am. Not very often though. When I tell them the answer the response is always the same. You cannot be that old. They are just not being nice. As they seem somewhat really shocked.

It was not wine women and song that enabled this unfortunately. Just genetics. A seventy seven year old that is perhaps out of his time and place to some extent.

Well I just took apart a large air compressor so I could manage to get it on a trailer and moved. Too heavy to move for the small trailer if not broken down. I better get back to loading and moving it. So I make it out to the cottage early enough.
