If you mean will your spring fly out while driving, probably not. But, when you go over bumps spending depending on how big they are you may hear an occasional rattle. Also, you may notice excessive tire wear on the inside treads and/or over the entire tire as a whole if your wheel skips about while driving over rough roads because of momentary loss of wheel contact with the road.
