I would love a manual transmission 350slc.

I would love to see pictures of the 350slc.

Edit:
And didn’t you already start patting out a perfectly rust free 1973 450sl to put bumpers on the 560sl already?

Feels like you just love tearing apart these old classics. I guess that makes the rest of them maybe harder to find, but a 350slc is potentially a great classic, 6500 rpm revving v8. Sure, no 5.0, but it’s got the looks of one. The SLC cars really need the small bumpers to look good IMO. Please give it some time to be appreciated before tearing it apart.
Fonzi, if you want to buy these 20+ year old yard art cars and then restore them great! I recently restored a range rover that took 2 years and 8 parts trucks to complete. NEVER AGAIN, spending over $25,000 on a rover that is worth at most $15,000.

If you want to spend $20,000 on a car that might be worth 10K more power to you. Also, the 1972 350SL had two prior owners that were PLANNING on restoring it and found out it was too much work and the car was NO rust free . I ended up giving most of the parts to a friends 1974 450SL.

This is why I hate the boards with others telling you what you should be doing, next someone is going to tell me to stop using straws because I am killing turtles and I live in Denver....
