I did clear the codes with a generic OBDll scanner, however, I have discovered that i should have used a MB specific scanner such as the iCarsoft MBll. Fortunately, this is the first time I've had a need for such, so live and learn. Thank you all for your responses. Once my new scanner is delivered, I will let you all know how it turned out.
