They bring it upon themselves when they do this B.S. .

Any time I see a bum offering to wash the windows I holler at them to not touch my car and give them a dollar .

If they spray first they deserve a beat down or whatever happens .

OTOH, anyone who's actually trying to make an honest dollar deserves a dollar .

The Police have better things to do than patrol the bums, sad but true .
