Had the Fuel Injection Pump been running good previous to you doing work on it?
You bleed the air out of the fuel supply system by pumping on the hand primer enough that you here kind of a sequel or buzzing sound coming from the Fuel Pressure relief/over flow valve.
You bleed air out of the fuel injection hard lines by loosening the hard line nuts at the Injectors and cranking the Engine till fuel reliable comes out of them. If the fuel did not come out of all of them you can tighten the ones that the fuel did come out of and see if it is enough to start the engine.
If the Engine starts tighten up the loose fuel injection hard line nuts and see if you have any misses.
