The first couple of visits the dealer denied that they had ever heard of the problem-(back in Dec '99 and again probably in Oct 2000.) Yesterday was the first time I mentioned that I'd found many others (on this website) who had the identical problem as mine. The service rep was eager to find out what web site I had found others who had this problem. It was interesting- (and now somewhat annoying) to see after disclosing this info how quickly the problem was solved- especially knowing that there was a bulletin on this 5+ years ago.
