As pictured: This is the Bosch FP/K 22 M101 Lift Pump for OM616 and OM617 family of diesel engines, and other similar applications for the In-line injection pump.

Somewhat rare, Euro style lift pump, rebuilt, includes gasket, and extra Viton O-rings, #70, 5mm x 1mm and 5 x 1.5mm. I have re-built many of these over the years.

It is rebuilt with the 5mmx1mm O-ring. Including spares just in case someone is running Bio which is methanol rich. Because lift pumps have a range from 5mm to 8mm O-ring size, stepped in either 1.0mm or 1.5m, I have included both. I could not fit the 1.5mm. The origial crumbled so I could not compare and contrast. I will be including the original 'valves' as they are cleaned to near surgical precision and they still work fine, spring and diaphragm are in good shape.

This was rebuilt with the Mercedes Kit as pictured.

It includes a Bosch Primer Pump as pictured 2 447 222 125

And, original and correct fasteners, 10mm nuts with lock washers.

PLEASE DO NOT CONFUSE THIS WITH THE 3-DOG EARED STYLED LIFT PUMP WHICH GOES TO THE "MW" STYLE PUMP. I intentionally used all caps to underscore this point.

This lift pump is NOT painted. The buyer will be responsible for painting it.

It was cleaned to near surgical precision, and the piston is lightly oiled. It should not flash while it is waitig to be sold or during shipping. I may lightly oil it depending on the time it sits.

Shipping shall be USPS Flat rate, Medium sized box, with $200 worth of insurance CONUS. So, excluding the rarity of the pump and its core value, the price elements are kit ($20 shipped), shipping ($17), gasket ($5 includes shipping to me), ($5 for O-rings from Global), lightly used primer pump ($10) and PP Fees of 3.9%, so almost $65 invested in supplies and services.
