On the 05, worse case would be a complete tranny rebuild. We do the 722.6 for about $3500 out the door. So, If you could get it for a grand, $4500 wouldn't be too bad of a deal if the car's in great shape. The 99, with that milage, you can buy those for about $2500- $3500 out here on the West coast all day long.
