for 22R Toyota engine
head bolts 53-63 ft lbs
rod bolts 69-83 ft lbs
I just kept the order he presented , I expect the numbers are reversed...

presenting it as a range could also reflect permissible range when retorqueing ( one bolt at a time ).... so if you checked it after taking it up to working temperature ( and letting it cool)... and it was higher than what you had installed them at.... that you would know you did not need to reduce the reading.... that you had not messed up the install .
