Yesterday I converted a clear deflector I had purchased to make a competition style small windshield for the cobra into a full face shield for running the FF. Made a pattern of heavy paper, trimmed the lexan to size, heated it up to 300 F in the oven and bent it to the correct shape while it was still hot and plastic in its behavior. Then pop riveted it onto the existing short visor.
