So many companies have no charge, no reason, refund policies these days I am surprised they would charge 20 percent... 10 percent even sounds high on big items...Some companies are just not thinking about the long haul .... repeat customers are 'already sold' on that store...stores that have to always attrack new customers... are not building up their base.... very short sighted....
