Quick funny little story. Back in the School daze I had a buddy that owned a Vietnamese pot bellied pig. We tried to train him to find morels but he always ate them before we could catch up, but he always put us in the proximity to more of these tasty little treats.
We had Wild Turkey breast with morel sauce for dinner tonight. What a treat!
