Ok update here found a shutoff valve in junkyard.Replaced with this part checked from jumping the battery to it works.So now at fuse 19 with key on I only have 8 volts and at fuse 22 12 volts could get voltage at shutoff valve Byrd I might not be getting a good ground.Any suggestions
