Wow.... guess I really confused everyone.... no one responding
here is an update.
The blue line (hose) goes from the vacume switch to the IP... my guess now is this goes to the shut off on the back of the IP.
The front of the switch is fed vacume from the 617's vacume pump.
The black hose goes from Alda to banjo on Intake
The unattached red wire "A" goes to overbooste sensor on the intake.
Where to hook "A" to keep the overbooste protection is the main question.
