Although I am not, and never have been an engineer or employed in a STEM position, I am a proponent of Casey Stengel’s saying, “ You Could Look it Up ”. My mother would say “Seek and ye shall find.” Others say RTFM.

Means the same thing, IMO. Trust some mope I don’t know with something important? Nope.
