M62 might be little on edge, i think m90 would be more reasonable.
For your power goals you dont need new fuel pump, oe will do just fine.
New injectors are definetly needed, at least 300cc+, bosch has some cheap ones. On I6 max hp=injector cc, by that you can choose them.
Im not sure what fpr m104 had but if it has usual fitting then some OE style 3.5bar will do that work, if it has 3bar from factory i wouldn't change that.
Main thing is that you get good engine managment, choose that by tuner who's closest or if you are going do to that by your self then MS, most online info available.
