I doubt that the problem lies with the prechamber itself. There is no connection between them and the lubrication system. I know you say that the compression and leakdown tests posted well. I would wonder if there isn't a headgasket problem that would be sealing under pressure, but allowing oil into the cylinder during the intake stroke? This should be considered only after all other options have panned out.
