Here's the table of contents from William E. Birkheimer's book "Military Government and Marshall Law". Any of his works are worth the time and trouble to read. He forgot more about Marshall Law and Military Government than David will ever know.

Defining what martial law (you know it as Marshall law) is does not mean that any part of the us is currently under martial (Marshall as you know it) law.
You really need to put the shovel down. You keep digging holes you cant get out of. Don't you just get tired of it?
