At one show I was sitting close to the front, at one point he took a deep drag on a cigarette, then inadvertently turned sideways as he exhaled. You could see the smoke in the spotlight. Holy crap, he coulda filled a small sail with that exhalation. Not running him down, I smoked too much years ago myself.

He's had lung surgery, this thing is likely to take him.
