Apparently not. The governor knew better. First of all he knows that hunting and fishing means being away from others as well as lots of fresh air. Secondly (this part is a joke) if the governor shuts down hunting and fishing in Texas the bullets will start peppering his office wall.

About the only thing that will be hazardous about my fishing will be fueling up the truck and boat meaning I have to handle the gas pump. I do that with nitrile gloves. Also, I fish with artificial bait so I don’t need to interact with anyone at the bait house.
