Thanks. I got them all out. Instead of using the old brake pads, I used a block of wood just the right thickness and 100 psi air. Instead of a floating block, I made one big enough to fit in the rotor slot so it would rigidly hold the pistons as each one came out.

For the next guy doing this, I suggest they remove the pads, then use the brake pedal to force out the pistons against the rotor without coming all the way out. They'll come out just far enough to where you can remove the caliper and pry the pistons out.
