When I was looking for these years ago, they were nowhere to be found. Literally, nowhere and the proverbial "unobtanium". Now, I found all sorts of W123 heated switches with the correct pigtails. Finding the rear seat B-pillar pods is a different story, but I think I have a solution. The wiring harness looks simple enough. But, I found the correct type of plugs, so I can mount the plugs to the pad's wire leads, and do the wiring down the road when I do the Feintuft Velour carpeting.
