Check to see if the drain tube(s) is actually connected to the evaporator. The drains are either plugged or not connected.

Had a 91 Honda once, everytime a very tall person sat in the front passenger seat, their foot would dislodge the evap drain, making a soggy mess of the right rear floorboard.
